Position Location: Boston, MA 



Position Summary

Blue Monkey is seeking an experienced CPG F&B Brand Marketing professional to own brand strategy and demand generation across its full portfolio. Reporting to the CEO with exposure to the sponsor and Board, this leader will hold a seat on the leadership team and operate in a lean, fast-moving, high-growth environment.

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, trial, and repeat purchase, translating consumer insights, category trends, and data into actionable plans
  • Own total-market brand strategy and positioning across multiple brands, categories, and aisles across all retail formats
  • Lead consumer insights initiatives, including consumer panel work, new-flavor feedback testing, and eye-tracking research
  • Translate brand, trade, and consumer insights into a clear product-innovation pipeline to identify the next flavor, timing, and go-to-market strategy
  • Build and manage organic, brand-aligned social content by applying brand-book standards
  • Manage retail media programs across key e-commerce and retail platforms
  • Own campaign and launch execution end-to-end—concept through launch, optimization, and reporting
  • Manage external creative, media, content, other agencies/vendors
  • Analyze performance metrics and stay close to the market to optimize for impact and ROI

 

Minimum Requirements 

  • 5-10 years of CPG F&B marketing with large/established brand pedigree
  • Product innovation execution/development
  • Management of external marketing agencies
  • Managed campaigns across digital, retail, and/or field marketing
  • Fluency with syndicated data tools: SPINS, Nielsen, or Circana 
  • Greater Boston-based and willing to be onsite 3+ days/week
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within North America as needed
