Jake supports the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, as well as portfolio company management and other firm initiatives.

Prior to joining Boyne, Jake worked as an investment professional at Ardian, a global private equity investment company focused on North American investments. At Ardian, Jake was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis and modeling, performing market and business due diligence, and engaging in legal negotiations.

Before Ardian, Jake worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group at Jefferies, a leading investment bank. At Jefferies, Jake focused on advising clients in the healthcare sector—including services, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and life sciences—on mergers and acquisitions, as well as equity and debt financing transactions.

Jake received his BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
